Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Standard delivery timelines are 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on orders below ₹999 (visible at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes across India.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at delivery, as courier partners may not carry change.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).
You can use this ID to track your order status until it reaches your doorstep.

Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated refusal, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping may incur additional delivery charges.

International Shipping

Currently, Stitchतंत्र ships only within India. We aim to expand international delivery in the future.
