Refund & Return Policy

At Stitchतंत्र, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain items such as innerwear or accessories (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account/UPI after confirmation.


Exchanges

  • Direct product exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on clearance sale/discount offers may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective or wrong product delivery, Stitchतंत्र will bear the return shipping cost.


Process to Initiate Return/Refund

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address provided.
